Summer Science Camp

For five Saturdays from July to the beginning of the SFUSD school year, STEM San Francisco will run a hands-on science summer camp from 10:30am-12:30pm at San Francisco City Academy, located in the Tenderloin. Lunch will be provided.

Participants will do a diverse set of activities and learn how they relate to real-world applications. We will do everything from building an electric motor and windmill to making ice cream with dry ice—guaranteed fun!

Coding and Robotics

Starting in October, STEM San Francisco will run an intensive coding and robotics program from 10:00am-12:00pm at San Francisco City Academy, located in the Tenderloin.

This is a rigorous academic program geared towards motivated students in high school. By the end of the program, students will be able to code at an introductory level. Students will also program robots to accomplish various tasks.
